- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring creative solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
