About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide expert advice and training to users on how to use our systems and applications effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to aid in the resolution of future technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor other technical support team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • System Administration: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to perform their jobs.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Security Clearance: Bondable, basic security clearance, and a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgment, organized, and a team player.
