About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to users on how to use our systems and applications, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Problem Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions, which will be used by other technical support analysts to improve our support processes.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other technical support workers to ensure seamless support delivery and participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all technical support activities are conducted in accordance with our security and compliance policies, including maintaining a bondable status and obtaining basic security clearance.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a focus on attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgement, organized, and a team player.
