Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Wiz Management Inc. as a User Support Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and providing timely solutions to technical problems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, and provide regular reports on system performance and technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
