Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Northwood Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
