Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
