Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Client Managers and overseeing the implementation of client programs across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the Field Client Managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Client Program Management: Oversee the implementation of client programs, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage and approve expenses, purchases, and other budget-related activities.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in people and client management, clinical or biotechnology program management, or a related field within healthcare.
  • Education: University science/healthcare degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Skills: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is an asset; background in healthcare settings is also an asset.
