Job Description

Ecolab's industry leading Pest Elimination team seeks an experienced professional to join our team as a District Operations Manager in the BC Market. As a key member of our team, you will lead and develop a team of Service Specialists who provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to commercial establishments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating district initial services, ensuring service excellence, managing open routes, pursuing sales opportunities, and performing quality assurance visits. You will also participate in recruiting, selecting, coaching and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 10-20 Service Specialists responsible for day and night route management while ensuring service excellence and compliance with regulations.
  • Pursue sales opportunities and go for green sales leads.
  • Coordinate district initial services, manage open routes, maintain inventory, and perform QA visits.
Requirements:
  • High School required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1 year of Ecolab or people management experience.
  • PC skills: proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, after hours during the week, and on weekends.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $67,925 per year, plus bonus potential, a fantastic company matched pension plan and share purchase plan, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, disability coverage from day 1.
