CB Canada is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to provide short-term, solution-focused counselling services to employees and their families through our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).
Key Responsibilities- Provide confidential, solution-oriented counselling to address a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, relationship issues, stress management, and addictions.
- Work with adult individuals, couples, families, and children to address their unique needs and concerns.
- Adhere to professional standards and best practices in the delivery of counselling services.
- Engage in clinical consultation with the clinical management team as required.
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body.
- 3 to 5 years of generalist clinical counselling experience post-Master's degree.
- Experience working in the EFAP field.
- Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by CB Canada.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Written and verbal French language fluency is an asset.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
