About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to provide short-term, solution-focused counselling services to employees and their families through our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential, solution-oriented counselling to address a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, relationship issues, stress management, and addictions.
  • Work with adult individuals, couples, families, and children to address their unique needs and concerns.
  • Adhere to professional standards and best practices in the delivery of counselling services.
  • Engage in clinical consultation with the clinical management team as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body.
  • 3 to 5 years of generalist clinical counselling experience post-Master's degree.
  • Experience working in the EFAP field.
  • Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by CB Canada.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Written and verbal French language fluency is an asset.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
