About the Opportunity

The Team Leader coordinates and supervises the operation of community-based mental & addiction services programs that deliver mental health & addiction assessment, treatment, and disposition planning to clients and their families with mental health disorders across the lifespan.

Liaison with local inpatient, outpatient and community-based services and agencies as well as with inpatient mental health units is encouraged to promote consistency and continuity of patient care.

About You

We are seeking a skilled professional with a Master's degree in Social Work, licensed with the applicable body, and three years' experience with Mental Health & Addictions intervention.

The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based therapeutic intervention to Mental Health & Addictions clients, ensure all clinical staff provide effective and evidence-based treatment modalities, and identify areas for service improvement and facilitate and evaluate quality initiatives.

Competencies in other languages are an asset, French preferred.

Hours

This is a long assignment full-time position with approximately 11 months of work, with the possibility of travel to various sites.

Compensation and Incentives

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $44.37 - $51.73, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.
