Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

McFarlan Rowlands Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their policies are up-to-date and accurate, and handling any claims or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to assigned clients, handling inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all policy documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Process and record various claims transactions, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • Manage accounts receivable for assigned clients, adhering to corporate procedures.
  • Solicit new business opportunities from existing clients and provide quotations as required.
  • Provide backup support for other Personal Lines Account Managers as needed.
Qualifications:
  • RIBO Licensed or RIBO license eligible.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales/service/processing experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with EPIC an asset.
