Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy-related transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Record and process claims transactions, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Manage accounts receivable for assigned clients, adhering to corporate procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO Licensed or RIBO license eligible.
  • Minimum 2 years sales/service/processing experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with EPIC an asset.
