As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of policy and claims inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service to assigned clients on renewal and throughout the policy period, handling questions and general inquiries, and recommending increased limits or coverage.
  • Responsible for all incoming inquiries and requested changes regarding assigned clients.
  • Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all policy documentation processing, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims transactions.
  • Record and process various claims transactions.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable for assigned clients, adhering to corporate accounts receivable procedures.
  • Ensure all abeyance items are completed through the use of follow-up lists.
  • Solicit new personal lines business from existing accounts and provide quotations where required.
  • Provide backup for other Personal Lines Account Managers as required.
  • Adhere to all system procedures and insurance company regulations.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO Licensed, or RIBO license eligible.
  • Minimum 2 years sales/service/processing experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, good written and oral communication skills, organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, team player, accuracy in recording details.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, EPIC is an asset.

Salary Range:

From $45,000 per annum.
