About the Role:

The Account Executive at Equisoft is a key member of our sales team, responsible for promoting our company's products and services to financial institutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Nurture prospective clients through the full sales process from product demonstration to trial and close.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and engage financial advisors through industry research, online tools, and strategic networking events.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights to create product value and drive urgency.
  • Manage and execute pipeline analysis, quarterly business reviews, and accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the technology sector.
  • Track record of significant success in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Customer driven and proactive.
  • Strong sense of organization and prioritizing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information.
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment.
  • Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline.

  • Knowledge of the financial and insurance industries.
