About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team at Sidecut Steakhouse. As a Server Assistant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Anticipating and servicing guests' needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Serving and clearing food and beverage items
- Completing opening and closing side-work as assigned
- Setting tables according to standards
- Providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years' experience in food and beverage, preferably in a fine-dining environment
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
- Ability to obtain a Serving It Right certificate
