About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server Assistant to join our team at Sidecut Steakhouse. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is exceptional.
- Support the Server team in delivering exceptional service, including delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
- Set up and maintain the dining area, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring that the area is clean and tidy.
- Monitor the dining area and respond to any guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits is an asset.
