We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at the St. John\u2019s Newfoundland Airport (YYT).

Responsibilities
  • Assist passengers with check-in and self-serve kiosks
  • Prepare aircraft for on-time departures
  • Facilitate deplaning and boarding of passengers
  • Greet arriving passengers and enforce airline and airport policies
  • Perform light grooming duties and maintain a safe and stress-free environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a customer-facing role
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Travel and Tourism Diploma or equivalent

Please note that a Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada, a criminal background check, and a valid driver\u2019s license are required for this position.
