We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Newfoundland Canvas. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services offered by Newfoundland Canvas
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required

- Seasonal work term
- Work language: English
