Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Newfoundland branch. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and respectfully to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Process orders made by email, fax, and phone, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Supervisor to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the team's goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the Cabinet & Millwork or related industry is an asset.
- English (spoken and written) is the primary language required.
