Janitorial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at Duke's Building Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet the needs of our clients.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
- Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
The successful candidate will work in a janitorial service company environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the day.
Language and Screening Questions- Fluency in French is required.
- Availability for shift or on-call work is necessary.
- Previous experience in the field of employment is an asset.
