Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of janitorial services
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet the needs of our clients
  • Staff Supervision
    • Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Policy and Procedure Development
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a janitorial services company
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required
  • Work Environment
    • Work must be completed at the physical location of the janitorial services company
