Janitorial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at Duke's Building Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our janitorial team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our cleaning services.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, Train, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Asset Languages: Arabic
- Work Setting: Janitorial service company
- Tasks: Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player
