  • Policy Implementation: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic is an asset.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a janitorial service company.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail required.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
