We're looking for an experienced professional with a methodical approach to resolving complex problems. Your deep curiosity about technology, particularly in visual effects and gaming, is essential.
A strong understanding of GPU technology, Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems is required. Experience supporting high-end virtual and bare-metal workstations is a significant asset.
You should possess excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and time management abilities. Previous experience in visual effects, gaming, or similar environments would be beneficial.
As a Technical Operations Specialist, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and variable pay components. The base salary for this position in Vancouver ranges from $66,100 to $88,500 per year, depending on your location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
