Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at DGMS Logistics Services Inc.

Job Summary

The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel overnight
  • MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Quick Books proficiency
