About the Role

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage Finances and Budget: Oversee the financial aspects of the logistics department, ensuring that all expenses are managed effectively and that budgets are met.
  • Ensure Transport Compliance: Ensure that all transportation activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Establish and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee Scheduling and Dispatching: Manage the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring that all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Plan and Direct Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Experience
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Possess 3-5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, with a strong understanding of logistics operations and management.
