Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Inter-citi Logistics. Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Supervision: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, establishing work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and proactive.
