About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communications with Project Managers and Service Offices for customer orders, including escalations. You will also execute activities such as production planning, database management, manufacturing capacity and material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies between planning and production teams.
  • Manage resources to best effect to meet short- and long-term objectives and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on project progress and delivery delays.
  • Monitor backlog activity and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to provide value-added Lean solutions for material flow.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration with Supply Chain experience is an asset.
  • 3-5 years' experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Subject knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment manufacturing is an asset.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to plan and organize effectively.
  • Experience in conflict management and resolution.
  • Meticulous with strong multi-tasking abilities.

Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on experience.
