Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to tap into our rich cross-industry data resources, bringing proven value to our owners and partners. As a hybrid role, you'll work in-office five days over two weeks, collaborating with our Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to automate processes, improve data quality, and add more value to our loyalty product.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Extract insights from data to learn more about our members, distilling technical language into accessible language, data visualizations, and presentations for leadership and non-technical teams.
  2. Use Python and SQL to gather, clean, organize, and analyze structured and non-structured data, drawing on your insights and experience to choose effective charts, graphs, and diagrams.
  3. Generate owner-specific reports, exploring anomalies, finding root causes, and drawing attention to trends that can be capitalized.
  4. Work with our Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to automate processes, improve data quality, and add more value to our loyalty product.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data or Business Analyst at a fast-paced startup in a collaborative and autonomous role.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau, with the ability to quickly come up to speed with new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, including making presentations to senior leadership, and the ability to translate complex data analytics and findings into visualizations and actionable insights for different audiences.
