Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Family Dental Care. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental practice, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our dental team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  • Office Management: Maintain the overall appearance and organization of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files and office documents.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, such as implementing new procedures or coordinating events.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
