Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Hotel North is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Balance cash and record sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Describe and advise on wine selection, enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity. The ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will be required to work 20 to 40 hours per week, with varying shifts.
