Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server / Bartender to join our team at SSP Canada. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Input orders into the register and create a check for each guest
  • Receive cash from guests and make any necessary change
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Responsible for maintaining stock and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily
  • Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • One year serving experience required
  • Smart Serve certification required
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages
  • Verbal and written English language skills
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
