Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at InterEx Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem and develop innovative solutions to address them, including enhancements to Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
  • Analyze business requirements, document thoroughly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into tangible specifications and collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to design effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between stakeholders and the technical team regarding Salesforce initiatives and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop testing protocols for Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud implementations and provide training sessions to new users.
  • Continuously improve and refine our Salesforce system post-implementation to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
  • Proven track record of success as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified CPQ Specialist is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of integration and data migration tools in Salesforce, as well as reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI, is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
