Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at InterEx Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business challenges and develop innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of business requirements, analysis, and solution implementation.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into tangible specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for new users.
  • Continuously improve Salesforce system functionality post-implementation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.
  • Proven track record of success as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with strong experience in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified CPQ Specialist is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery and integration tools in Salesforce is desired.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI is an asset.
Compensation Package
