Salary Range

">

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $180,000 and $200,000 per year, plus additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

">

This role involves managing contracts with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, suppliers, partners, and employees. Key responsibilities include:

">

- Drafting, executing, and analyzing contracts to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing risk.

">

- Negotiating contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance.

">

- Documenting changes and amendments during contract execution.

">

- Maintaining a contract database for easy access and retrieval.

">

- Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from management.

">

- Identifying opportunities to minimize contract risk and developing mitigation strategies.

">

- Providing commercial assessments of contract terms, risks, and assumptions during the bid phase.

">

- Monitoring, supporting, and reporting on customer, JV/Partner, and sub-contractor contract-related commercial impacts and risks.

">

Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">

- Strong knowledge of P3 Contracts (Public-Private Partnership).

">

- Experience in legal litigation.

">

- Tertiary qualifications in engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil.

">

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management.

">

- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, preferably RICS qualified.

">

- At least 10 years of experience in contract and/or commercial management.

">

Bonus Requirements

">

In addition to the above qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

">

- Postgraduate qualifications in construction law, dispute resolution, or contracts management.

">

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the railway/infrastructure/construction industry, with at least 8 years in senior contract & commercial roles in complex technical or engineering-based organizations.

">

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing medium to large-scale design/build or EPC projects.

">
