We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing, influencing, and managing a portfolio of contracts supporting all aspects of the negotiation of the contract.

Your primary focus will be on providing subject matter expertise in the review, negotiation, drafting, implementation, and execution of Contracts, primarily IT Contracts. You will act as an interface between Strategic Sourcing, Legal, external vendors, and the Business Line, while interfacing at all levels within the company, including Senior Management for both Canada and the United States.

Key responsibilities include driving to meet deadlines, providing direction and guidance on TD's Sourcing Policies and Procedures, and providing guidance and coordination of all Risk Partners as their requirements pertain to the contract.

To be successful in this role, you must have 6+ years in a similar position, excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.

You will be a highly organized, proactive, self-motivated team player who takes initiative and is able to work independently. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable and confident communicating at all levels, including business partners, Executives, and Vendors.

Prior experience in sourcing coupled with contract management experience, knowledge of Coupa and SAP-Ariba products, high-level Excel skills, GDPR Provisions experience, Model Risk experience, and AI experience are considered a plus.
