Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support the daily operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining site documentation, coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize site documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, facilitating effective communication.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Track and record site activities, including labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries.
- Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager on site progress, issues, and any other relevant information.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site administration or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Undergraduate diploma or equivalent; additional certification or related field is a plus.
