Job Title: Site Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Project Administrator to join our team at Maple Reinders. This role will provide administrative support to our project team, ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, daily reports, and timesheets to project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate site visits and ensure visitors are properly oriented to site procedures.
  • Field expediting of materials, equipment, and deliveries.
  • Physical point of contact for site deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Assist with document control and distribution of drawings and specifications.
  • Update trailer boards with Health and Safety procedures and reports.
  • Coordinate site meetings and sub-trade coordination meetings.
  • Assist with the orientation of new site personnel.
  • Assist with surveying, layout, lines, levels, and verification of work.
  • Correspond with engineers, sub-trades, and suppliers in cooperation with the Superintendent.
  • Assist with issue tracking, changes in condition, requests for information, and change orders.
  • Manage and track our QA/QC program.
  • Track progress and productivity rates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • Construction knowledge or experience is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Windows-based computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license.
