Site Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team at CO_30 TC1 Bird Industrial Management Services Ltd. in Sarnia. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and organize site documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports.
- Facilitate effective communication between site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Track and record site activities, including labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries.
- Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager on site progress, issues, and any other relevant information.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site administration or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Undergraduate diploma or equivalent; additional certification or related field is a plus.
