About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 2081843 Alberta Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems as needed.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.
