As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional support to our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate with staff members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized office environment, including supplies and equipment.
    • Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing concerns.
    • Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for patients and visitors.
