Job Details

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our partners and members of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to partners and members of the firm, including drafting documents, managing files, and performing other administrative tasks.
  • Support the Senior Associate in their administrative tasks, including diary management, email management, and other tasks.
  • Participate in file compliance management and archiving procedures.
  • Provide tax support, including drafting tax memos, printing and transmitting tax returns, and participating in individual tax season.
  • Provide practice administration support, including assigning and managing codes for employees, updating firm administrative procedures, and participating in process improvement initiatives.

  • Good judgment, effective management of priorities, sense of organization, and responsibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service and respect for confidentiality.
  • Punctuality.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of CCH Taxprep suite, Caseware, and Sage50.
