**About the Job**

CANADA INC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profitability;
  • Develop and manage budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, labor, and supplies;
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity;
  • Modify menu prices and food preparation methods to align with budgetary constraints;
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure optimal staffing levels;
  • Schedule and supervise staff to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Determine services to offer and develop operational procedures to meet customer demands;
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans;
  • Cost products and services to ensure best value for customers;
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking;
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment;
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms;

**Requirements**

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management position;
  • Degree from a recognized institution or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions;
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software;
