We are seeking a dynamic Home Care Manager to lead our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with referral sources to drive new business opportunities.
  • Prioritize strategic client assessments and reassessments to ensure high-quality care.
  • Oversee incident and significant change reports to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Participate in local community events to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Maximize fulfillment of hours to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Prioritize maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through regular feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage budget responsibilities to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading successful teams in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of contributing to organizational growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the aging process and the needs of older adults.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and French.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
