Job Description:

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team at PH Canada System Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will have experience in office administration, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining inventory. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the correct contact or service area
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Degree from a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
