Job Summary
As a Campus Administrator, you will assist the campus manager in ensuring the smooth functioning of the campus by providing administrative support to visitors, students, instructors, and other staff. Your responsibilities will include greeting people, directing them to the appropriate contacts or services, and providing general information in person and by phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Assist with scheduling, fee payments, and other student-related matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and filing systems
- Administer testing centers and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Campus Manager
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school required
- 2-3 years of experience in a responsible administrative support role, preferably in an education setting
- Experience in a Private Career College is preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and work independently
