Campus Support Specialist

The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
About the Job:
This dynamic role involves managing and directing incoming telephone calls, greeting all visitors to the campus, and carrying out campus closing procedures. You will also provide administrative support to support daily campus operations, manage and maintain common areas, and assist with various tasks such as making calls to absent students and maintaining certificate boards.
Requirements:
- A minimum college diploma from a business-related program.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a related occupation.
- 1-2 years of proven success in customer service is required.
- Proficient in using office software and communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, email, and phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
