Job SummaryThis position plays a vital role in supporting the campus manager in ensuring a smooth operation of the campus. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to visitors, students, instructors, and other staff members. Key responsibilities include:
- Front Desk Administration: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or services, and provide general information in person and via phone.
We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service and administrative skills to join our team.
Requirements- Secondary school completion required
- 2-3 years of experience in a responsible administrative support role, preferably in an educational setting
- Experience in a Private Career College is preferred
- Strong multitasking ability is essential
The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changes quickly. Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite are must-haves.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Resolve student concerns related to schedules, fee payments, and other issues in collaboration with the Campus Manager
- Assist students with schedule coordination and ensure they complete their course/program as expected
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and filing systems
- Administer testing center candidates
- Support the institute's smooth functioning during evenings and weekends, and in the Campus Manager's absence
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Open and close the campus as required
- Compile data and statistics to support the Campus Manager
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
