Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gujarati Foods, Sweets, Snacks & Catering Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records, including policies and procedures related to government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Basic security clearance.
