About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team at 2531637 Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns, presenting menus, and making recommendations.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, including daily specials.
  • Point of Sale: Present bills to customers, accept payment, and balance cash and record sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to take orders and ensure seamless service.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide additional support as required.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular overtime required.
